Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with WOW Signs and Printing (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services including but not limited to custom wraps, signage, printing, and design.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing may vary based on material availability, design complexity, and turnaround time.

Rush orders may incur additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to initiate any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or installation.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit, ACH, and approved digital wallets.

Late payments may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Artwork & Proofs

Final artwork must be approved by the Client before production begins.

WOW Signs and Printing is not responsible for errors in approved proofs (e.g., spelling, layout, colors).

Design revisions may be subject to additional fees after the second round.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order and may vary due to workload, material availability, or weather conditions.

WOW Signs and Printing is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or acts of nature.

6. Installation

Installation services are available upon request and may require additional scheduling and fees.

The Client must ensure the installation site is clean, accessible, and safe.

WOW Signs and Printing is not responsible for damage caused by improper surface preparation or environmental conditions.

7. Warranty & Liability

WOW Signs and Printing guarantees workmanship for 30 days post-installation.

Material warranties vary by manufacturer and will be disclosed upon request.

The Company is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the original service.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders canceled within 24 hours may be eligible for a full refund.

After 24 hours, refunds are subject to deduction for time, materials, and labor already invested.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs created by WOW Signs and Printing remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client-provided artwork must not infringe on third-party rights. The Client assumes full responsibility for any copyright violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
